It Was Meant To Be
An ongoing long-term project, initiated in 2017, the project seeks to uncover the intimate story of a male-to-female transition. A transformation that goes beyond physical change, delving into the slow, personal, and often uncertain journey of self-discovery and the challenge of navigating everyday life.
Through an immersion in Alexis' daily experiences, the project invites us to connect with personal moments of struggle, uncertainty, and pain, as well as moments of joy, success, and beauty. It offers a unique perspective on a transition that proves to be more natural and universal than we might initially assume.
