NO MUSLIM BAN | UK
At the end of January 2017 Trump signed an executive order banning people from six muslim-majority countries from entering the USA: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
The No Muslim Ban, officially called Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States, caused an immediate response on social media, with hashtags and protests arising all over the world. A petition reached 1.5 million signatures for the cancellation of Trump’s visit in the UK.
